Report Fraud

Subletting – this is where a tenant sublets the whole or part of the property to a third party without the knowledge or permission of Sovereign.
Non-occupation/abandonment – this is where the tenant does not live in the property as their main or principal home.
False housing application – this is where a tenant has obtained a property by providing false or misleading information i.e. false names and/or national insurance numbers or lying about their need for housing, including claiming to have children living with them when this isn’t true.
Other – this can include key selling, the tenant having multiple tenancies, undisclosed lodgers etc.
